I Run the
Growth Function
Meta Ads · Google Ads · D2C · Automation
I run paid acquisition for a funded SaaS product full-time. On the side, I take on a small number of D2C brands where the problem is real: ads are spending, orders are coming in, but the numbers don't hold up when you actually look at the unit economics. I find what's broken and fix it. Not just report on it.
What I can help with
Meta Ads
Campaign structure, creative testing, CPL reduction, RTO reduction. Budgets from ₹1L to ₹15L/month. I know what breaks at each scale.
Paid Social
Google Ads
Search, PMax, and Shopping for lead gen and D2C. Keyword strategy, bidding, landing page feedback. Currently running a B2B SaaS account in a competitive category.
Paid Search
D2C Growth
Full funnel from ad creative to checkout. I've been on the founder side of a D2C brand. Margin pressure, COD, and what actually converts vs just looks good.
eCommerce
CRM Buildouts
CRM setup for sales and marketing teams. Pipeline design, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and dashboards that people actually use.
RevOps
Marketing Automation
Workflow automation using n8n and AI agents. Lead follow-up, data enrichment, reporting. Removed or automated.
Automation
Growth Audits
One-time audits of your Meta or Google account, funnel, or unit economics. A diagnosis and prioritized fix list. Not a 40-slide deck.
Consulting
How I work
Diagnose
I go into the ad account, the funnel, and the numbers. Not a surface-level review. I'm looking for where the economics break down, not just which metrics look bad.
Prioritise
You get a short list. Not 40 slides. The three to five things that will actually move the number, in order of impact and effort.
Execute
I run the changes. Campaign restructures, creative briefs, landing page fixes, automation setup. Done, not just recommended.
Scale
Once we know what works, we put more behind it. Carefully. Scaling broken economics faster is not growth.
Who I work with
- 01Early-stage founders who need someone to own paid acquisition without building a full in-house team
- 02D2C brands spending ₹2L–₹25L/month on ads and hitting a ceiling on returns
- 03Operators who want their sales and marketing stack cleaned up and automated
- 04Marketing managers who need a clear second opinion on what's actually broken
Probably not a fit if
- —You're spending less than ₹1L/month on paid ads and not ready to scale
- —You want someone to manage campaigns but not question the strategy behind them
- —You haven't validated product-market fit yet
- —You need daily reporting and hand-holding over actual problem-solving
Two clients at a time. That's not a positioning line. It's a capacity constraint I take seriously.
Start with what's broken
Tell me what you're running, what the numbers look like, and where it's not adding up. I'll come back with an honest read within 48 hours. No pitch, no deck.
