I Run the
Growth Function
Most businesses have a growth problem that looks like an ads problem. CPL is high, ROAS is falling, orders are coming in but the unit economics do not hold. The instinct is to change the creative or increase the budget. That is usually the wrong fix. I go into the account, the funnel, and the numbers to find where it is actually breaking, then fix the system around it. Not just the campaigns.
What I can help with
Meta Ads
Campaign structure, creative testing, CPL reduction. Works for both D2C (RTO, ROAS) and B2B lead gen (CPL, lead quality, form vs landing page). Budgets from ₹1L to ₹15L/month. I know what breaks at each scale.
Paid Social
Google Ads
Search, PMax, and Shopping for lead gen and D2C. Keyword strategy, bidding, landing page feedback. Currently running a B2B SaaS account in a competitive category.
Paid Search
D2C Growth
Full funnel from ad creative to checkout. I've been on the founder side of a D2C brand. Margin pressure, COD, and what actually converts vs just looks good.
eCommerce
CRM Buildouts
CRM setup for sales and marketing teams. Pipeline design, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and dashboards that people actually use.
RevOps
Marketing Automation
Workflow automation using n8n and AI agents. Lead follow-up, data enrichment, reporting. Removed or automated.
Automation
Landing Pages
Built to convert, not to look good. I write the copy, structure the page around the ad angle, and either build it or brief it out. For both lead gen forms and D2C product pages. No generic templates.
CRO
Growth Audits
One-time audits of your Meta or Google account, funnel, or unit economics. A diagnosis and prioritized fix list. Not a 40-slide deck.
Consulting
Most brands fix the bottom. The leak is usually at the top.
How I work
01
Diagnose
Go into the numbers
02
Prioritise
Short list, not slides
03
Execute
Done, not recommended
04
Scale
Carefully, not blindly
Returns plateau before they collapse. Most brands only notice after the drop.
Who I work with
- 01D2C brands spending ₹2L–₹25L/month on ads and hitting a ceiling on returns
- 02B2B SaaS and service businesses running Meta or Google for lead gen where CPL is high and lead quality is inconsistent
- 03Founders and operators who need someone to own acquisition and growth systems without building a full in-house team
Probably not a fit if
- xYou're spending less than ₹1L/month on paid ads and not ready to scale
- xYou want someone to manage campaigns but not question the strategy behind them
- xYou haven't validated product-market fit yet
- xYou need daily reporting and hand-holding over actual problem-solving
Two clients at a time. That's not a positioning line. It's a capacity constraint I take seriously.
Start with what's broken
Tell me what you're running, what the numbers look like, and where it's not adding up. I'll come back with an honest read within 48 hours. No pitch, no deck.
